Are You Curious?

Are You Curious?

With the decline of traditional religions, we increasingly turn to the helping profession to get help, end suffering and find meaning in life. For some that means therapy, but for more and more people it means turning to a coach.

When we avoid what we need to face, we suffer the symptoms that bring us to a coach, whether it’s a personal situation or a professional one (Frederickson, 2017)

Coaches help people let go of their defences that cause indecision and show them how to discover the wisdom inside. Nancy Kline (2015), one of our favourite authors and coaches says, “the mind that holds the problem, holds the solution”. Coaches open the door to self reflection in a safe and non-judgemental space.

Becoming a coach means getting curious about the meanings people make of the events in their lives. Coaches are often the doorway to goal achievement and progress. If you are curious about what it takes to become a world class coach, contact one of our representatives today. We love to connect.
