There is a lot of research on first impressions- “7 seconds is all you have”- and yet what the research doesn’t typically tell you is how much your first impressions are a projection of who YOU are- not who THEY are. Your first impressions are shaped by your mood, your experiences, the beliefs you’ve formed, your values and your attitude at any given moment.
