Built on evidence
Every Coach Academy program is ICF-accredited, grounded in research and informed by real-world practice. Our curriculum is designed by founder Nathalie Blais, a Harvard MA graduate with distinction, and developed to meet the highest standards of professional coach education.
When someone asks, "Why this program?" the answer is simple: evidence.

Skills you'll use Monday morning
Certification is only the beginning. This is about changing the very next conversation you have, and every one that follows. Through live learning, expert faculty, guided practice, and real-world application, you develop skills that transfer immediately to how you coach, lead, listen, and connect.
From the start. Not someday. Not just after graduation.
03
A shift that keeps traveling
What you develop here does not stay in the classroom. It changes how you listen, how you lead, how you handle difficult conversations, and how you show up with the people who matter most. Graduates tell us the shift appears first in their coaching, then in team meetings, relationships, parenting, leadership, and everyday life.
That is the ripple effect: one person changes how they connect, and that change keeps moving.

A partner from day one
We know all our students. You are not processed through a program here.
From your first conversation, we take the time to understand why you are here, what you are working toward, and what matters to you. Our faculty and team stay close throughout, offering guidance, challenge, encouragement, and continuity from enrolment through certification and beyond.
It is a personal approach to professional education, and the same standard of care that has supported more than 4,000 coaches since 2016.
