This program is for experienced coaches ready to join the top 4% of the profession.

The Certified Master Coach Program is 75 hours of ICF-accredited Level 3 coach education in one 6-month, part-time program: 15 live virtual modules, MCC-level mentoring, and a 5-day, five-star in-person symposium. The prerequisite is 125 hours of coach education (Level 2).

You hold a PCC level credential, or equivalent education and coaching hours. You've experienced the flow state in coaching, and you are motivated to raise the bar and join the ranks of the best in the world.

This program builds mastery. From online modules to an in-person symposium, you graduate feeling ready to earn your MCC MCQ qualification, mentor advanced coaches, and consider further development in Coach Supervision.

Nathalie Blais, MCC

Founder & CEO, Coach Academy

Nathalie Blais is the Founder and CEO of Coach Academy and an ICF Master Certified Coach whose work focuses on how people think, connect, and lead. Her central idea is both simple and disruptive: connection is a skill.

Blais holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Harvard and has logged more than 50,000 hours in facilitation, learning design, research, and education development. She is the architect of multiple ICF-accredited coach education programs, a TEDx speaker, and has trained thousands of leaders and coaches worldwide.

What people ask before they call

Is this program ICF-approved?
Yes. Coach Academy is an approved partner of the International Coaching Federation. This program is accredited at ICF Level 3 and qualifies for 75 coach education hours, the education requirement for the MCC pathway.
Who is this program for?
Experienced coaches ready to work at the mastery level. Most students hold a PCC or are building toward it, coach actively, and want the skill, community, and credential path of the top 4% of the profession.
What is the prerequisite?
125 hours of coach education (Level 2) or equivalent. An Admissions Coach will review your training and confirm your eligibility.
How does this program get me to the MCC?
The MCC application requires Level 3 coach education, 2,500 coaching hours, and 10 mentoring hours. Your 75 hours and mentoring meet the education requirement, and we walk you through the full path.
What is the in-person symposium?
Five days, five-star, with the destination announced with your cohort. You'll lead an experience, develop your capstone thesis, and learn beside master coaches in the room. Symposium and travel costs are separate from tuition.
Can I do this while working full-time?
Yes. You'll attend 2 hours of live class each week, with about 4 to 5 hours of coursework and 40 practical coaching hours spread across the program. Plan ahead for the 5-day symposium in week 9.
What does the Mastermind Membership include?
Our premium community tier, included for 6 months: everything in the Influencer Membership (10+ live events every month), plus advanced coaching labs, business strategies, leadership circles, and mini-series courses in relevant coaching topics.
What does the capstone involve?
A project you develop from the symposium onward and present in week 15: an experiential demonstration of mastery, shaped by capstone clinics, peer review, and MCC-level mentoring along the way.
When does the program start?
Cohorts are limited, and start dates vary. Ask an Admissions Coach for the next start date.
What if I miss a class?
Life happens, and the program is built for working professionals. Every class is recorded, and missed classes can be made up. The in-person symposium is a required part of the program, so plan for it early.
