MCC Pre-requisites:
- Minimum of 500 hours of coaching practice
- Minimum of 8 active clients (pro-bono, group, team or individual paid clients)
- Minimum of 125 Hours of ICF Coach Education or Equivalent.
- Prepare a Sample Coaching Conversation (30-40 minutes) to be submitted with application (must include transcript)
- Must be a qualified coach in good standing

What are the components of the Certified Master Coach program?
The program includes a blend of virtual learning and in-person experiential training designed to embark on mastery. Components include:
- 15 weeks of live virtual classes
- Observed coaching and feedback
- Group mentoring (6 hours) and individual mentoring (4 hours)
- Weekly reflective VLOG assignments
- 40 hours coaching, 20 hours being coached
- Coaching submission of recorded coaching for assessment

What are the successful completion criteria for this program?
To successfully complete the Certified Master Coach program, participants must complete the following: 75 hours, in person symposium, capstone project, 40 hours of coaching, and 20 hours being coached, weekly assignments and reading.
How long does the Certified Master Coach program take to complete?
The program runs approximately 16 weeks, plus the 5-day onsite retreat.
How much does the Certified Master Coach Program cost?
The Certified Master Coach program tuition is $7,900 which does not include Capstone Residency travel and accomodation costs.
A $1,500 deposit required to reserve your seat. Payment plans are available for up to three months to support flexible enrollment. Please note that travel and accommodation costs for the required onsite retreat are not included in the program tuition.
What are the estimated travel costs for the Capstone Residency 5 Day Onsite.
Budget approximately $1,500 to $3,000 depending on flight, currency and length of stay.
What is the average costs of an MCC level program of this caliber?
$20,000.
What options do I have if I am unable to finish my program within the designated time frame?
You can pause and wait for the next cohort to begin, or you can apply for equivalency and complete the remainder of the program asynchronously.
Do I need a PCC credential to take this program?
No, however we do ask that you have completed a minimum of 500 hours of coaching.
When can I expect to receive my program completion certificate?
You must complete the success criteria to earn the certificate of completion.
Do I need an ACC credential to apply for a PCC credential?
No.
