Performance Coach Certification is tailored for individuals aiming to enhance their communication style to effectively engage and influence others.

The program qualifies for 60 ICF Coach Education Hours. The focus of the Performance program is to empower individuals to become influencers. Coaching, a potent communication skill, fosters a growth mindset and encourages consideration of various perspectives—an essential skill in performance coaching. Additionally, coaching provides strategic language and techniques that enable individuals to tap into their full potential—a skill in performance coaching that is acquired and nurtured, rather than innate.

The Performance Coach Certification program is thoughtfully designed to be a fully virtual and online experience, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for participants. The program spans a duration of 20 weeks, providing a comprehensive curriculum that earns participants 60 ICF Coach Education Hours.

As part of the program, participants can engage in 10 hours of both group and individual mentoring, allowing for personalized guidance and support. The inclusion of Coaching Observation Clinics adds a practical dimension to the learning experience, offering opportunities to observe and learn from real-world coaching scenarios.

To foster a sense of community and continuous growth, the program also grants participants a 12-month Platinum Community Membership. This membership provides access to a wealth of resources, networking opportunities, and ongoing support from a global community of coaches.
