Certified Professional Coach

This program goes beyond entry-level training — it’s a deeply transformational journey built on 125 hours of coach education, powered by over 40,000 hours of coaching research and practice.

You’ll be immersed in the PERFORM Coaching Model, guided by expert facilitators, engaged in live coaching practice, observation clinics, and a global peer network. A structured, hands-on approach ensures you graduate as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) ready for lasting impact.

Our Certified Professional Coach program is a fully online coach training program designed to provide a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience over 28 weeks. Each week, you can expect to dedicate 7–12 hours to your training, which includes:

• 2 hours of live Zoom instruction with expert facilitators
• 3–4 hours of self-paced coursework and study
• 2–6 hours of coaching practice, mentoring sessions, or being coached

This structure allows for consistent skill development, combining live practice, reflection, and applied learning, all while accommodating busy professional and personal schedules.

The Certified Professional Coach program costs $11,700 and offers all-inclusive tuition.

This includes live training sessions, mentorship, practical coaching opportunities, and access to the Global Community for ongoing connection and support. A $1,500 deposit is required at registration, and flexible payment plans of up to seven months are available to make enrollment more manageable.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer a generous grace period beyond the scheduled course timeline to allow students to complete all program requirements. You’ll have full access to the classroom and materials for 12 months from your start date to complete the Certified Professional Coach program successfully.

This Level 2 ICF-accredited program includes 125 hours of coach-specific education, 10 hours of ICF mentoring, and 5 observed coaching sessions. Once you complete all requirements, you’ll be eligible to apply for the ICF Level 2 Credential.

To earn your certificate of completion from Canada Coach Academy, you need to complete a total of 40 hours of coaching practice as part of the Certified Professional Coach training.

We encourage live class participation for the best learning experience. That said, students may miss up to five live sessions, and flexible options exist to make up any missed content. Terms and conditions apply but are designed to support busy professionals.

Once you fulfill all the program’s success criteria, your Certified Professional Coach certificate will be issued. Throughout your journey, our Facilitators, Mentors, and Student Success Team are here to help you stay on track and reach every milestone.

At the beginning of the program, you'll receive a detailed Success Criteria Outline that clearly lays out what’s required each week. Activities and assignments are thoughtfully sequenced to help you build confidence and competence step by step.

Once you complete 50 hours of client coaching, you’ll be eligible to schedule your in-house Performance Evaluation. Our private community and Student Success Team will guide you through the process to ensure you're fully prepared for this important milestone.
