What is the structure of the Leadership Coach Certification program?
Our Leadership Coach Certification is an online coach training program delivered over 21 weeks, totaling 90 ICF-approved coach education hours.
It includes 2-hour live Zoom sessions each week, 3–4 hours of coursework, and 2–6 hours of coaching practice. The program also offers 10 hours of mentoring (7 group and 3 individual), coaching observation clinics, and a Coach Exchange Practicum.
Graduates receive a Leadership Coaching Certificate of Completion and are prepared to apply for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
