Level 1
You’ve been the person people come to for advice, perspective, and support. Now it’s time to turn that instinct into a professional skill. Level 1 is for career changers, leaders, and aspiring coaches who are ready to build a strong foundation.
Level 2
Level 2 is for practicing coaches and leaders who want to sharpen their skills and build the kind of credibility that opens doors. Level 2 training qualifies you for both Level 1 and 2 ICF credentials.
Level 3
You’ve coached hundreds of hours, and you’ve experienced the impact. Now you want to master your skills. Level 3 is for experienced coaches with a PCC credential, ready to operate at the highest level. Level 3 coaches mentor other coaches, become coach supervisors, and do the work that shapes the profession.
